My Current issue: When I go to activate PD 11 that I downloaded directly from Cyberlink by entering my key, I get a message saying "Your serial number is incorrect. So I then purchased the software directly from Cyberlink and completely uninstalled what I had in favor of the new key and new files for PD 11 direct from Cyberlink. After 30 days I got the dreaded mpeg2 codec error message saying I'm not connected to the internet and realized this seller may not have been authorized. History: When I first heard about PD 11, I bought it from a supposed authorized reseller online and was given a pdf with the key and the files to install.
I've searched the forums and created 2 tickets without a reply and I'm not ready to pay EXTRA to call tech support for $30 when I already spent over $100 on PD 11.
